Hi, Alex! Welcome to planDisney.
I’m so excited you’re thinking about attending
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! From the moment you step into Magic Kingdom Park, there’s spooky fun around every corner. You’ll get to enjoy trick-or-treating, Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade (watch out for the Headless Horseman!), and some frightfully fun overlays on classic attractions like
Space Mountain and the
Mad Tea Party. Plus, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular is always a wicked good time!
Alex, you do need to have a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel (or one of the select participating hotels like Shades of Green or the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin) on the specific date of the party you’d like to attend in order to get early access to tickets. When booking during the early window, the system will only show party dates that fall within your check-in and check-out dates. So if you're hoping to take advantage of early ticket access, make sure your resort stay includes the date of the party you want to attend. For 2025, early ticket sales began on May 15 for eligible Guests, with tickets opening to the general public on May 22.
Even though the party officially starts at 7:00 PM, you can enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM with your party ticket. I like to use those extra hours to grab dinner, snap some costume photos in the daylight, and hop on a few attractions before the Halloween magic kicks into high gear!
I hope that's clarifying, Alex. Cheers for stopping by planDisney.
Mike
