Hi there,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for this great question! It looks like you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort for next month - how exciting! It'll be here before you know it.
When it comes to visiting the Happiest Place on Earth, I strongly recommend planning and booking ahead. The reason for this is because you need both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit one or both of the parks of the Disneyland Resort.
While there are ticket kiosks outside of the entry gates for the parks, there is no guarantee that there will be available theme park reservations for the same day as they are subject to availability. From my experience, it can be very hit-or-miss on whether theme park reservations are available for a same day visit. It really depends on the time of year that you visit, but March can be a bit more crowded due to nearby school breaks.
Therefore, I would definitely suggest getting your tickets and park reservations set up now, which you can purchase directly through the Disneyland Resort home page. Once those are purchased, you can visit the
My Plans hub to make or manage any and all reservations you might want during your visit.
Lastly, make sure to take a peek at the
Disney Parks Blog to learn more about all the fun extras that will be happening during your visit. There's always something fun happening at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Thanks again for your question, and have a fun time on your upcoming trip!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
