Oh, you must be so excited for your upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World. Planning all of the little pixie-dusted details is always so fun!
While we love to rock our favorite
MagicBand+, often matching it to the season, festival, or closest holiday, they also help us connect to our
Disney PhotoPass pics. We like to wear them so that if our group is split up--either because someone decides not to go on a particularly thrilling ride for the third time in a row or because we're seated in different cars on another--we're more likely to get everyone captured in the photos. Mobile devices can often capture the magical expressions of these priceless pics, but using both that Bluetooth enabled app and wearing the MagicBand+ is what's recommended.
Don't have a MagicBand+ for everyone? Not to worry. These are available for purchase at shops throughout the WDW parks, resort hotels, as well as at
Disney Springs--and they make a great souvenir! If you notice a missing photo while you are touring The Most Magical Place on Earth, Louise, there are locations throughout the parks that can help add them to My Disney Experience account. For example, at EPCOT, this service is available at
Pin Traders - Camera Center; they've helped me find a lost pic or two on more than one occasion. They are super-sleuths at this!
Finally, you can also contact the very talented--and patient--Cast Members at
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support if you notice some photos are missing. I've arrived home from a trip with a larger group once or twice and noticed that a ride pic of just a couple of us was not in our account. By answering a few questions, Cast Members were able to locate my photos and add them. Those folks really are magical!
Louise, for your upcoming visit with a group of four, check out
Memory Maker. This pre-paid package will enable you to get photos with everyone in the group. Pics in front of park icons, those priceless ride photos, Magic Shots--all are included. Stop and take the pictures. You'll be so glad that you did!
