Ahoy, Lisa, and welcome back aboard planDisney! Your cruise is getting so close, and I bet you can almost taste those Mickey waffles. Somehow they always taste better at sea. Thanks for bringing your question to us about
Pirate Night on your upcoming trip.
I looked into this for you and found out that Pirate Night on your specific sailing will be held on day 2, which is also the day you're going to be in Nassau. I hope you're getting your pirate costumes ready because you're in for a swashbuckling good time! My favorite part, of course, is the fireworks show at sea, unique to Disney Cruise Line. Throughout the afternoon and evening, you'll also find other themed activities including characters ready to greet you dressed in their own pirate costumes. Keep an eye on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for the day's line up so you don't miss anything. I like to place a heart beside the things I'm most interested in so I'll get a notification 15 minutes before they start.
While you're on board the
Disney Wish, I hope you'll have an opportunity to take in some of the beautiful features of this ship. I particularly love taking time for a cocktail in
The Rose, an adults-only lounge located adjacent to the specialty restaurants,
Palo Steakhouse and
Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, which make for spectacular views, especially at sunset. If you go, be sure to keep an eye out for all the subtle Beauty and the Beast details.
I hope this has been helpful to you and that you have a great time on your upcoming cruise. Sail back by to see us here again at planDisney if you have any other planning questions.
Let your dreams guide you!
Melanie
