Hi, DH and I will be taking DS 4 1/2, and DD (almost 3) on their first trip to Disney in 8 days! We are staying at AS Movies. I am wondering how the transportation on the buses work with bringing a double stroller? Thanks! Love the panel!

Hi Kelly!  Sounds like a great trip for your family and its just around the corner. I have heard that the weather has been beautiful for the last few days..shorts and lots of sun! I will hope that continues for you!

You will be using the Disney transportation to get to the parks and you need to know that all strollers must be folded completely before getting on the buses. There is no storage underneath so children, bags, and strollers must be in hand during the bus trips.  This can be difficult so the less you carry the better. The larger strollers are sometimes more cumbersome too but you will learn the best way to manage after a couple of trips. Please don't yell at the bus drivers about this rule as it is a law and they have no choice but to enforce it.

The larger boats will allow strollers to remain open during those trips but not all.  If you use boat transportation you will have to find out at the time what the ruling is. On the monorails you are able to keep the strollers open but during busy and crowded times they do take up extra room so you might consider the other guests and close them at that time.

Have a great vacation.....I will be coming soon after too!
