Hi, Monique -- and thanks for checking back in!
Oooh, the 180-day mark! That can be an exciting milestone date for those "in the Disney know", for sure.
The Magic Kingdom salon is open every day from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (theme park admission is required for the Magic Kingdom location.)
The Fairy Godmothers-in-training ask that you dedicate 30-60 minutes for your time. This can be variable, of course, depending upon the package chosen, the elaborate-ness of the hairdo, the length of the hair in question, etc.
I'm nervous about advising you to try to work a sit-down breakfast into the morning. I think if you get that 8:00 AM appointment and are out the door by 9:00 AM or even 9:15 AM, you'll have no trouble getting back to Disney's Grand Floridian for the 10:30 tea. Remember. it will take a few minutes to walk to the monorail station from Cinderella Castle (even if you are using a stroller), and you'll want to build in some wiggle room for the monorail, too.
That will also give you a couple of minutes to stop in, say, the Bakery on Main Street for a hot cinnamon roll to take on the road so you aren't too peckish when you get to tea.
And if you are early to the Grand, you can always take the monorail loop
around to see the different Resorts -- or just wander the glorious
lobby of the Grand!
If you are unable to pick up the 8:00 appointment, I wouldn't go any later than 8:45 AM. But I'm of the mind that it's better to have extra time to spare than have to panic about missing a reservation.
Incidentally, the Downtown Disney location of the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is open
from 9:30 AM - 6 PM daily (the last appointment will be taken at 5:30 PM).
Have a wonderful time!
See you later, celebrator,
-Deborah B.
