hi coming in november with my grandchildren would love to book the frozen desert party at epcot for november do you know when the booking window will open?

    Hi Karen!

Oh, I'm so excited for your super fun Walt Disney World Resort family vacation! You'll be visiting during the most exciting time of the year with wonderful decor both inside Disney's Theme Parks and at various Disney Resort Hotels.

I visited Walt Disney World Resort with my family this past March, a vacation that we started planning last fall. I too logged in to my My Disney Experience account 180 in advance of our vacation ready to book all of our dining plans at once only to find that I couldn't get the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience the way I could the rest of our regular sit-down Table Service meals. While planning that vacation, and thanks to my time on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I've learned that some Dessert Dining Events will open their bookings exactly two months before a specific night, where others will open an entire month of bookings once the first day of the month is four months away. Some will even post their calendars a month or two before you're actually able to book the event, so you'll know if the event is happening during a certain night.

For the Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party, I would check back mid-June or July 1 to see if the calendar has been updated to reflect the schedule of your desired dessert date. You should be able to book a November party mid-July or August 1.

Happy Planning, Karen, and We'll See You Real Soon!
