Hi, Can you share a meal at dine-in restaurants at WDW or must each guest have separate meals. We are on the Deluxe Dining Option and sometimes there is too much food for the two of us to consume? Thanks>

    Hi Debra,

The Deluxe Disney Dining Plan sure does give you a lot of food for your money, so I definitely understand your desire to share meals.

At buffets, fixed-price, or all-you-can-eat meals, sharing of meals is not permitted, whether you are on the Dining Plan or paying out-of-pocket.

At Table-Service restaurants, the official Disney policy prohibits sharing meals on the Disney Dining Plan. However, I have heard people say that they have been allowed to share a meal and pay with only one Table-Service meal entitlement.

If you and your travel companion don't feel hungry enough to order two meals, I would recommend that you tell your server and ask if you could share one meal instead.

At the end of the day, Disney wants its Guests to be happy, and rest assured that Cast Members try very hard to be accommodating of any requests made.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
