Hi, Can I book first and then add a dining plan later?

Hi Rosemary!  Yes, you can book your vacation without the dining plan and add it later if you wish.  I was told by someone at Disney Dining that the cut-off to do so is 48 hours prior to arrival but I have read elsewhere that it is 72 hours.  Regardless, it can be done and if you can make your final decision a week or so before your arrival date you should fine.  Keep an eye on the Special Offers page as free dining promotions are offered from time to time.
