Hi! Can adults still dress up for MNSSHP? We are going in Sept 2016 with our 2 kids (1.5 and 3.5) and are wondering if we should do a family costume, or if only the kids can dress up now? (I know we're planning ahead, but we're so excited!) Thanks

    Hi Mireille,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Recently, Disney changed their policy about costume for adults at the parks. You can still do the “DisneyBounding”, which is essentially wearing regular clothes that look like something a “real life” Disney character would wear.  Like for an example, a Little Mermaid DisneyBounder might wear a purple shirt and green pants. This outfit recall her respective characters, but could pass as just plain street clothes as well.  Layered costumes are of limits now too. Anything that has multiple parts or is layered in any way is not allowed under the new Disney rules. And a full body costume is not allowed anymore. Have fun at WDW!
