Hi!bringing our 2 yr old twins for their 1st visit in Dec.We have a heavy double stroller. I figured it would be too troublesome to use Disney transportation, so we will be driving to the parks. How far will we potentially have to walk from the lots? Thx!

    Hi Kristin!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

At all of the parking lots for the four major theme parks, you can take a parking tram to the parks.  You will be limited in where you can sit with a large stroller though so you may have to wait for a couple of parking trams to come by.  If you take a parking tram, you really won't have to walk that far to the parks.  However, if you really want to walk from your car to the front of the park then it can potentially be a really long walk depending on the time of day you arrive.  The parking lots, especially the parking lot for the Magic Kingdom, are huge.  At a good pace, it can easily take 20 minutes to walk from the rear of the lot to the front of a park; with small children it can take even longer.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
