    The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is one of my very favorite events. This year, I was lucky enough to visit several times, and in addition to my all-time favorite Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, I think I've found a new dish that delights me - Loaded Mac 'n' Cheese from the Farm Fresh booth. Ah-ma-zing!

    While the dates for the 2016 Festival haven't been announced yet, I don't think we have long to wait. This year's Festival, which ran September 25 - November 16, was announced on January 16 with a post on the Disney Parks Blog. Go ahead and bookmark that site and start watching it after the holidays for those 2016 dates to appear.

    I hope this helps you plan a delectable visit to Walt Disney World, Judi. If you need me, I'll just be here thinking about that lovely Loaded Mac 'n' Cheese!
