Hi Wee Lian! Thank you for sailing by planDisney with your question. I am very excited about the
Disney Adventure. From its
7 themed areas to the
new dining options, this new ship will make a big splash when it sets sail in December. The
Disney Parks Blog will have all of the latest information that is coming out about the Adventure as well as the
Disney Destiny, which will also be setting sail later this year.
Staterooms with a verandah are my favorite. I don't think you can go wrong with the choices you are thinking about. The difference is your view when you step out on your
verandah. The staterooms with verandahs on the other Disney Cruise Line ships are oceanview, so I'm looking forward to seeing more about the options the Adventure offers. Since you have 2 toddlers who will be very excited and probably want to explore, please know that the doors to the verandahs have childproof locks.
Many of the
Broadway-style shows that Disney Cruise Line is known for will take place in the Walt Disney Theatre, which will be located on Decks 5, 7, and 7 Forward. I understand that some shows will also take place in Disney Imagination Garden on Deck 10 Mid and Wayfinder Bay on Deck 10 Aft. The rotational dining restaurants are throughout the ship, so I don't think you can go wrong with selecting a verandah stateroom on any deck. You and your family will always be close to the magic!
I hope this helps as you make your final decision about your Disney Cruise Line vacation. If you have any other questions, come back to visit me and my
planDisney pals anytime.
Happy Planning!
