I’m so glad you took some time to capture some of the
amazing memories you and your friend made together at the Disneyland Resort. I hope we can help you get those memories ready to download, enjoy, and share! You can access your
Disney PhotoPass photos from either a
computer web browser or from your mobile device, using the
Disneyland app. Since Disney PhotoPass benefits can only be accessed from one
Disney online account make sure the same user name and password are being used on both of your devices. If you happen to find that one account has the PhotoPass benefits attached and another account has the desired photos displayed with watermarks, there’s a great starting point! If you still have the associated Disney PhotoPass Cards used to associate those watermarked photos with an account, you may
re-link those PhotoPass IDs with an account that has the PhotoPass benefit active. That can also be done on a web browser or in the Disneyland app.
If you find you are still having difficulty associating the desired photos with your account, and the
online help information doesn’t work out, you may reach out to the Disney PhotoPass support team directly. You may send an
email message or call them at (714) 520-7106.
I hope you get another chance to return to make more memories at the Disneyland Resort soon. There’s
so much to look forward to. In the near-term, I’m looking forward to
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, including
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party. That will soon be followed by the
