    Hey! We are visiting in October, and have purchased tickets we need to collect at a Will Call counter. Is there any way we can link the tickets to an app before we arrive to make reservations? I've tried the reservation number, it fails, please help!

    Welcome to planDisney, and as the current UK-based Panelist, it will of course be my absolute pleasure and delight to be the lucky one helping you today!

    With just a wave of a wand, and a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo we should be able to link your Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased from the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account by following these instructions - 

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers) 

    Katie, I really do hope that once you've successfully completed those easy-to-follow steps, you should have been able to link your Magic Tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  This successful linking will enable you to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your desired Disney days for your upcoming October holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

    I also thought it might be useful to know that Guests can check for up-to-the-magical minute current availability for Disney Park Pass reservations via this handy link.

    Should you still be experiencing any technical hitches or fails, then my best suggestion would be to speak in person with a tech-savvy Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so be able to better assist you than me.
