Hey My fiance and I were looking to do Highway in the Sky dining for our honeymoon in late-November or early-December, but they don't appear to have any times available past August. Do they just open their times late or is this event being cancelled?

    Hi Katelynne!

Congratulations oh so much on your upcoming wedding! Walt Disney World Resort is so much more than a place for children, featuring only rides and (fantastic) fried snacks. Couples celebrate their Disneymoons in numerous ways thanks to the Enchanting Extras Collection. Romantic and relaxing options range from two amazing full-service spas to a carriage ride. Those who want to do something sporty can parasail or hit the links. (Both competitive regular greens and the much more fun mini golf.)  And those who are really up for an adventure can even partake in the Wild Africa Trek where you'll walk on a ropes course above the crocodile enclosure!

Something I learned when I planned a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for this last March is that Dessert Parties do not follow the same '180 days advanced reservation' window like Table Service meals do. Instead, each opens it's reservation window anywhere between 60 and 120 days before your desired dining date. It looks like the Highway in the Sky Dine Around will open November's calendar in July or possibly August, with December's calendar opening the next month.

Bonus tips: You'll be visiting during the most wonderfully decorated time of the year! Don't forget to check out the giant gingerbread displays as well as Epcot's International Festival of the Holidays.

    Congrats again, Katelynne!
