Hey! I am 22 years old, and can somebody give me tips for going to Disney alone? This will be my first solo trip to Disney. I've gone with friends and family, but we always ended up fighting about where to go and where to eat. Thanks so much!

    Hi Matthew!

I love going to Walt Disney World as a solo traveler!  The best part is that you are in control of your own destiny, meaning you can do what you want, when you want to do it.  My first tip is to relax and enjoy it!  If you want to watch Wishes or Illuminations every night then do it!  Sometimes when you are a party of one it is easier to get a walk-up reservation at a restaurant in Walt Disney World.  Also make sure that you check out the restaurants that have a bar/lounge in them because they often serve the full menu at the bar so it is very easy to be a solo traveler.  A good example of this is the Tune-In Lounge at the 50's Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios.  You can also go in the single rider line of an attraction if that particular attraction has a single rider line (Test Track at Epcot has a Single Rider line).  Remember if there is something that you have always wanted to try, do or experience in Walt Disney World and you couldn't because you were in a group, then this trip is the time to do it!

I hope that your solo trip to Walt Disney World is truly amazing and incredible.

    Keep Dreaming Big!
