Hey Ya'll! We want to see the fireworks at the California Grill. Reservation @ 9:35 pm, just eating dessert there. We will eat diner elsewhere. Can we see the fireworks from every table? Can we only order dessert? We are so excited to be going!

    Hi Mollie,

It sounds like you have a deliciously fun evening planned. I've enjoyed dessert and drinks with a late reservation just like you and it was a fantastic experience!

One of my favorite features of dining at California Grill during the fireworks show is the fact that they dim the lights in the restaurant and turn up the music so all of the guests can enjoy the show. This cuts down on reflections in the massive windows for those tables that aren't as close.

You also have the option of walking outside to the observation deck just off the dining area if you prefer to watch from there.

I hope this helps you as you plan your wonderful evening. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions!
