Hey John! “Must dos” at the Walt Disney World Resort are my favorite planDisney questions to answer!
To me, “must dos” are always a matter of personal preference and interest. For example, for the best thrill rides, a visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a must! The Hollywood Tower of Terror and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith are (in my opinion) the top thrill rides at the entire resort! This park is also the home to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land which are the two most recent expansions in all of the Disney Parks!
For a perfect night out, I strongly recommend that you consider a visit to the brand new Cirque du Soleil show,
Drawn to Life, at Disney Springs! This show begins next month, but I had the unique privilege of catching a sneak peak not too long ago! I was amazed how the talents of the Cirque performers could be combined with the imagination of Disney to bring the beauty of Disney animation to life through the strength of the human body! Schedule a dinner for either before or after the show! The
dining options at Disney Springs are endless, but my favorites are City Works Eatery and Pour House and Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar!
John, I also recommend a visit to Magic Kingdom Park! This is where it all began 50 years ago! While there, be sure to enjoy the new nighttime show, Disney Enchantment, which was just launched this month in honor of The World’s Most Magical Celebration!
Finally, John, the food!
Disney Dining is exceptional! My family has so many favorites! Our top selections are: Be Our Guest Restaurant (Magic Kingdom), Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria (EPCOT), Yak and Yeti Restaurant (Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park), Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano (Disney’s Hollywood Studios), and Topolino’s Terrace (Disney’s Riviera Resort)!
John, I could keep going, but I think this is enough information to get you started with your planning! Please feel free to return with more questions for planDisney!
