Hey moms! We are are attending our 1st MNSSHP, so excited!! What time can you enter the parks in costume for the party? and what time do they start giving out the wristbands for the party that evening? Thanks once again guys, your fabulous :)

    Hi Amelia!

We are pretty fabulous aren't we???  LOL!  Honestly, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite special event at Walt Disney World.  I'm not a huge fan of the trick or treating aspect, but everything else is amazing.  The parade is worth watching twice if you can!  If not, the second running of it is always less crowded.  Whatever you do, don't miss the Headless Horseman as he kicks off the parade - I get chills every time I see him!

While it isn't typically advertised, we have always been allowed into the Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM with our party ticket.  We DID NOT have to use a day on our actual park hopper to enter the Magic Kingdom at that time, but you may want to inquire with the Cast Member when you purchase your tickets.  However, the official opening time is 7:00 PM and this is when you will need to have your wristbands on.  They will set up several locations hours before 7:00 PM for those party guests who want to pick up their bands early.  I'm jealous just thinking about it!

I hope that you have a wonderful vacation and I would love to hear from you again!
