Hey Moms! 2nd WDW trip, didn't have any ADRs last time and had a horrible time with dining. I am confused about how many ADRs to make 1 or 2 a day? Also, nervous with change in making ADRs that I won't be able to get through or won't get any. Any tips?

Hi, Angela!   I usually find that making 1 Advance Dining Reservation per day is plenty.   More than 1 table service meal per day (for my family) is just way too much eating and cuts into our "magic time" in the parks!

Try for a variety of experiences - character dining, a meal in World Showcase, a buffet breakfast, a nice dinner in a resort, or whatever sounds good to your family!   Make your Advance Dining Reservations by calling (407)WDW-DINE or online at www.disneyworld.com.   If you find you will not make it to a reservation, just stop by guest services or call dining from your room phone and let them know you will be unable to make it to your reservation.    The exception will be special dining experiences (like Cinderella's Royal Table) that require a deposit and have cancellation policies.

Take your time and enjoy your table service meals!  It is a nice break in your day and a great way to enjoy some delicious dining around WDW.  Try something new and different, you might just find a new favorite restaurant!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
