    Hey there, We have a trip coming up in September and it will be the first time we use Genie Plus to book Lightning Lanes. At 7am, is it possible for one of our party to book a standard Genie Plus LL, and then someone else book the A La Carte LL? Thanks!

    Thanks so much for sharing with planDisney that you'll be arriving this September for what's sure to be a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.  The Autumnal months are practically perfect in every way at the most magical place on earth!  I always look forward to seeing Main Street, U.S.A in the Magic Kingdom Park all decked out in Mickey-shaped pumpkins and orange-coloured wreaths in readiness for the coming Halloween season.

    The complimentary Disney Genie Service can easily be accessed via your My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smart device, and truly is tiggerific at designing a personalised Disney day just for YOU!

    Emily, I'm happy to share that Guests are able to purchase Disney Genie+ from 7am on their day of visit to a Disney Theme Park by simply opening the My Disney Experience Mobile App on their smart device and following these easy steps - 

     - From the Main Menu in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, go ahead and select My Disney Genie Day
     - Select the My Day tab
     - Then select Get Disney Genie+ for Today

    To give maximum flexibility to each and every Mouseketeer, all the Guests within your Family and Friends list are indeed able to make their own purchases for Disney Genie+ and/or Individual Lightning Lanes (also known as á la carte selections) from 7am when staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, or from scheduled park opening for all other day Guests. 

    Plus, as I expect you'll already know, to enter a Disney Theme Park, all Guests in your Family and Friends list should have a valid Magic Ticket successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account, and a Disney Park Pass reservation for their intended Disney Theme Park day.

    Emily, I understand that's a whole lot of information to take in!  But in practice, it will make perfect sense.
