    Hey Moms ! We have tickets for MVMCP on Dec 6th . My wife (Princess) and I plan to go to MK around noon since we have reservations at BOG for lunch that day . Will we be able to obtain our party wristbands when we enter the park ? Thanks for your help !

    Hello Peter, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the upcoming holiday season. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite special events. This is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! You must visit all of the holiday treat stations too. There is nothing like hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies for the perfect holiday snack. The Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will have you singing along with some of your favorite Christmas carols while you wait for the arrival of Santa Claus. Holiday Wishes Fireworks lights up the night with a wonderful display that will bring the magic of Christmas to life.

    The party does not officially start until 7:00 p.m. but guests who are already in the Magic Kingdom can typically get their wristband as early as 4:00 p.m. Wristband distribution is held near City Hall, where you can find Santa’s helpers, I mean Cast Members checking in guests for the party and assisting them with their wristbands. The Magic Kingdom will not close to regular guests until 6:00 p.m. so you will need your wristband to remain in the park. Since policies are subject to change, I would recommend checking with a Cast Member for the exact time and location of wristband distribution. I hope that answers your question.
