Hey there, WE are headed to WDR to run the 1/2 marathon in January. We are staying at the Beach Club and would love any and all recommendations for us to do with our 2 young kids. 2 1/2 boy and 9 month girl. Especially Dining Recs?!?

    Hi Melissa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I trust that your half marathon training is going well!

With little ones, I suggest that you review the Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones Guide. I definitely suggest that you do a few character meals or make Fast Pass+ selections to see characters instead of standing in long lines. Some of our favorite character meals have been Chef Mickey's, Hollywood & Vine, and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. 'Ohana for breakfast is also a fun character experience your little ones might enjoy and since you are at Disney's Beach Club Resort, you may also want to try Trattoria al Forno.

Review the attractions list for each park to check the height requirements for rides - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Some of our favorites at Magic Kingdom are Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan's Flight, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin and Mad Tea Party. At Epcot, Frozen Ever After and Living with the Land are must do rides. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey and The Festival of the Lion King show are attractions our girls always enjoy.

Melissa, at Epcot we also love to explore Innoventions - in the Colortopia area, you have to do the final room!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
