    Hey Moms! Taking our 2yo to WDW for the first time in late September. Staying at All-Star Sports. Looking for great shaded and or grassy areas to take the toddler for some play in the late-afternoons outside of the parks. Other resorts? Suggestions?

    Hi David!

    It's always a great idea to let the little ones have some unstructured play time every day to burn off excess energy.  In the past we've packed a picnic blanket and put it out on the grass in the courtyard areas between the resort buildings.  We've even been fortunate enough to get first floor rooms where we have direct access to the grass outside.  We'll spread out the blanket, sit and eat our afternoon snacks picnic-style and play.  Bring along a deflated beach ball for playtime!  It's stores flat in a suitcase and can be easily inflated for playtime!
