    Hey! We're staying at All Star Sports Sept 22-30. Just wondering how far in advance we can request the building we would like to be in? It would be ideal to stay in one closest to the bus stop. Thanks!

    Hi, Kayleigh!

    If you want to be in a building close to transportation when staying at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, make sure you book a Preferred Room. These rooms will be closer to the bus stop, lobby, and End Zone Food Court as compared to the Standard Rooms. The Preferred Rooms will cost a bit more as you are paying for the convenience of less walking at your resort.

    If you would like to request a particular building, you can call a friendly Cast Member at (407)W-DISNEY with your resort confirmation number and have your request noted. (Remember that requests cannot be guaranteed.)  When you are 60 days out from your arrival, you can do your online check-in where you can again request a building close to transportation.

    Make sure to plan time to explore your resort. My kids loved staying here, with its larger than life sports theme!  Feel free to hop to Music and Movies, too, to check out their décor. Family fun for all!
