Hey there! We will be staying in the cabins this year over Halloween! I'm curious about the scavenger hunt and crafts. I cant seem to find any info on how the scavenger hunt is or how long it actually takes to finish. And what crafts they do?

    Hello, Brynn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation over Halloween! I promise you are going to have a SPOOK-tacular time!

I am actually staying right now at the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, so I was able to do some investigative reporting for you. I spoke with a VERY helpful Cast Member, and she said the resort does not offer an official Disney scavenger hunt for Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Now, there are several scavenger hunts that can be found online from some very creative bloggers. You can most definitely use one of their scavenger hunt ideas! I can tell you that the Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is the PERFECT place to do a fun scavenger hunt with your family.

The arts and crafts offered will change for each day. For example, the arts and crafts project this morning was making Sand Dollars. I know yesterday we were able to make Mickey Tie-Dye shirts. These projects take place at the Bike Barn, and it is suggested that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to the end of the activity. Please be aware that some of the projects will cost money, and these projects will be marked with a ($) when you receive your October Activity Calendar.

If you have other questions, please let us know! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
