Hey there! I've run three runDisney races in the past - the first two Princess Half Marathons and the Tower of Terror 13K.Recently married, my husband and I are beginning to talk about starting a family. Are there restrictions on racing while pregnant?

Hi Kristin!  First of all, a big congratulations on your recent marriage and upcoming plans to begin a family! Also, congratulations on completing three runDisney races in the past.  That is quite an accomplishment!
Your question is a tough one.  There is no runDisney policy that prohibits a woman from running while pregnant.  However, you will have to sign a waiver before running that you are physically fit to be able to participate in the race.  This decision can be made only by you and your doctor.  Every pregnancy and person is different, so you should always discuss all possibilities with your physician before deciding to run in any race.  And remember, if it doesn't work out for you this year, there will be plenty more magical miles to run in the years to follow!
