Hey! I have a 2 questions: 1.) when buying a ticket as a gift, how can I share it with the guest? 2.) Reserving dates for the SoCal deal requires me to reserve all 3 when it says days can be non-consecutive? How can I just book 1? Thank you in advance

    Hi Lindsay,

Thanks for visiting planDisney. You must be a Fairy Godmother! The gift of Disneyland tickets is amazing. I am happy to help you with the special delivery of this gift.

When you purchase the ticket, make sure you enter the name of the recipient of the ticket. After completing your purchase,  you will receive an email with your Disney eTicket. You can forward that email to the recipient and they will  be able to link the eTicket to their MyDisney Account. The ticket can also be linked through the Disneyland App.

While you will be asked to make reservations for all three days in advance, you always have the option to change the reservation days later. The SoCal Tickets do not have any blackout  dates, but that does not mean that park reservations will always be available. Check to see if there are reservations available for the date you are interested in. It's always a good idea to lock down firm dates as soon as you can. In my opinion, changing reservations is easier online, but you can also change them on the Disneyland app.

Lindsay, I hope this was helpful information. What a kind gesture to gift a ticket to someone, especially because there are so many amazing things coming to the Disneyland Resort in 2025! If you have any other questions, please feel free to write back to me or my fellow panelist, and we would be happy to share our thoughts.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
