Hey! I purchased my first ever Disney World experience through Costco Canada and noticed a couple hours later that booking through Disney directly for the same dates, resort, and theme park tickets would’ve costed me hundreds of $$ less. What should I do?

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Madhur! Taking advantage of all savings opportunities when planning a Disney vacation is important to me as well. Let's dive in and see what special offers are available to you up in the Great White North.

Since the package you purchased was not obtained directly from Disney, I recommend checking with the vendor you purchased it from regarding any return policy or changes.

It's always a good idea to check the Special Offers page to see what kinds of savings you qualify for. It looks like a Free Dining Plan is being offered at the time of this response in addition to the amazing Canada Resident Ticket Offer. You can combine that offer with a discounted Disney Resort hotel stay (if available) and maximize your savings through October 4th of this year. I'm also excited about the new After 2PM Ticket that is being offered May 26th through July 29th. That would allow me to enjoy my resort in the morning, get in some time at the pool, and enjoy lunch with the family before hopping on a trusty Disney bus, monorail, or boat that's headed for the theme parks!

I'm sorry I can't help you with your existing purchase, Madhur, but I hope you find these resources about available savings helpful. Please visit us again if you'd like additional vacation planning tips.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
