hey...i purchased AP for family members...do i have to be present for them to redeem them?

    Hi Tracey,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

If your family members have the annual pass vouchers you purchased either online, at the Disney Store or at a venue such as AAA, you should not have to be present. They will need to present the vouchers at a Guest Relations or ticket window at Walt Disney World to activate the passes and start their fun. The expiration date of the pass will be 365 days from activation.

Each adult will need to show a photo ID. If you purchased the passes with a Florida resident discount, they will need Florida IDs. Here is the link to the Florida residency requirements for your reference.

My family has been passholders for more than 15 years. We love the flexibility and convenience and value of annual passes and hope your family enjoys them as much as we have.
