    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Just like you, I'm  waiting for the release of the 2017 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party information.  It is such an incredibly fun evening at the Magic Kingdom! Since information hasn't been shared yet, I don't know how much the tickets will cost. Last year, the dates were released toward the end of March, so if history repeats itself, we should know within a few weeks what the dates and ticket prices are for 2017.  I'd check the Disney Parks Blogs for news and updates.
