Hi Kerry,

I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty during your last visit to Disney's PhotoPass site. I checked the site today and it appears that digital downloads of photos taken during Walt Disney World vacations are still possible. Simply log in to your account at www.disneyphotopass.com and then scroll down to the section called "my downloads." Once you purchase a digital download, it may take up to 24 hours for processing. You can find more information about downloading photos here. Contact Guest Services for Disney PhotoPass if you have any additional questions. They'll be happy to resolve whatever issues you are experiencing with their digital download service.
