Hi Lewis. Thanks so much for continuing to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel and for sharing so many great questions with us!
We love all of the Resort restaurants you mentioned so I'm hoping I can add to your selections. We are also a family of 4 and it looks like we have similar dining preferences.
There are 2 buffets that are both favorites of my son:
Hollywood and Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort. We prefer the breakfast buffet at both restaurants. Both locations feature table visits by many of our favorite Disney Characters.
Teppan Edo is a must do for us every time we visit Walt Disney World Resort. Located in the Epcot World Showcase, the Japanese cuisine is always amazing and our meals are prepared on grills at our table. We are typically seated with another family and it's always a great experience. The chefs not only prepare delectable meals, they add some Disney magic into the preparation and Guests of all ages love it.
One must do for us is
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. It's described as "a hilarious, high-spirited hootenanny the whole family will enjoy, accompanied by a finger-lickin' countrified feast." The description is spot on. We LOVE Hoop Dee-Doo Musical Revue. It's not just a meal, it's an experience. Many of the Guests become a part of the show and the meal is great. It's served in buckets of all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken and smoked BBQ ribs. There are yummy sides and the strawberry shortcake is always fabulous. So many great choices! Enjoy!
