Hey Panel! What is the best Hotel for teenagers? Moderate, Deluxe, or Deluxe Villa? And if,its lets say Deluxe, which hotel?

    Hi!

Based on my experiences, teenagers can be happy in all levels of Walt Disney World resorts, from Value to Deluxe Villas.

A lot of teenagers love thrill rides. In my opinion, the best park with thrill rides for teenagers is the Hollywood Studios with Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. This is followed closely by Animal Kingdom with Expedition Everest and Dinosaur. A lot of the teenagers I talk to tell me they would rather visit Epcot than the Magic Kingdom, so I'm going to suggest that you consider staying in one of the resorts located on Crescent Lake between Epcot and the Studios.

The Boardwalk Inn, Beach Club, and Yacht Club are Deluxe resorts. They offer a lot of amenities and services that teenagers will enjoy. There's also great nightlife in the area at Disney's Boardwalk. Of those 3 resorts I think teenagers would enjoy the Beach and Yacht Clubs the best because of Stormalong Bay, an amazing sand bottom feature pool with a great water slide. Beach Club is my family's favorite Epcot resort simply because of Stormalong Bay; my children could spend an entire day there. There are also Deluxe Villas attached to the Boardwalk and the Beach Club if your family needs more space or a kitchen.

If those resorts are not within your budget, then you might consider staying at the WDW Swan or Dolphin which are non-Disney hotels located on the same lake as the Boardwalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club. They are both very nice hotels. Like every hotel on the lake, they are within walking distance of the nightlife at the Boardwalk.

For a Disney Moderate resort, I have to recommend Port Orleans Riverside. While this resort is not on Crescent Lake and thus not within walking distance of the nightlife activities at Disney's Boardwalk, I think teenagers would love the resort and the main pool area. There's a lot of activities for them to pursue, including bicycle riding and boat rental.

    Good luck in deciding!
