    Hey Moms panel!Very very excited about our trip to Disney! We are going to be in the parks from Aug29 2010 for a couple of weeks.My American friends tell me that is near Labor day, does this mean the parks will be getting quieter?See you real soon!!Thanks

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  We sure miss having our Disney Mum Jo answering questions, but I suggest you browse through her answers and you might find some handy information for vising Walt Disney World from the United Kingdom.

    Anyhow, to answer your question, Labor Day is a federal holiday here in the United States and many people see it as a great opportunity to take a long weekend visit to Walt Disney World.  For this reason, you will actually see the crowds swell quite significantly at this time (this year it is September 4-6, 2010), however the crowds should be relatively light prior to and after this long holiday weekend.
