Hey Panel, was wondering what's the difference between Photopass and the photopass+ is??? Is it worth the money ??

    Hi, Ashley!

    This is a great question!

Basically, Disney's PhotoPass is a great service which enables everyone in your party to get into your pictures. (When looking through our family pics, I'm seldom in them, since I'm the one behind the camera. :-) ) The service is complimentary, so stop wherever you see a professional Disney PhotoPass photographer and let the professional do the rest. You can hand your camera to the photographer, who will be happy to take a shot using your equipment, and also get a digital version of the professional photo put onto your PhotoPass card. Keep it with you throughout your trip so that you can add more shots to your account as you tour the parks. (If you leave it in your room, just pick up another one; you can add many PhotoPass cards to your account.)

Now, to purchase the professional images taken by the photographers, you can either do so individually or with a pre-paid package. The two packages I recommend are Disney's PhotoPass + or Disney's PhotoPass CD. The biggest difference between the two is that PhotoPass + includes most attraction photos, a great perk since so many of them are priceless; you won't have to worry that you're spending too much on fantastic attraction photos, as you've already paid one set price. Take a look at these Disney PhotoPass pre-order offers which will save you a significant amount of money on either package, even before you take one step into a park!

We've ordered three PhotoPass + packages thus far and each time, we've not only saved money by doing so, but we've gotten so many more photos than we would have purchased otherwise. It's a great deal, and a wonderful way to preserve the memories from this trip, at this time in your lives. I say go for it!

Send more questions as you think of them, Ashley. We love to help!
