Hi Jeffrey,
Just a few more months until you are ready to discover how the Magic is Endless at Walt Disney World Resort. How exciting!
There are so many options to enjoy at the Resort besides the Theme Parks. One of my family's favorite things to do is explore some of the many dining experiences available. For example, enjoy the exquisite cuisine from one of the many countries around World Showcase, a fun character meals, or even a special dinner show.
Most
dining reservations require a credit card to guarantee it but will only be charged a fee if you do not show up or cancel by the day before. Special events and dinner shows like
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show and
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue may require the payment in full when making the reservation.
When you use a
Dining Plan simply inform your server when seated as to who will use a meal credit, and who will pay separately. At dinner shows, you will get credit back to your credit card if you prepaid for it. However, note that Dining Plans require two Table-Service credits and are valid for Category 2 or Category 3 for all dinner shows, and Category 1 for the 8:30 p.m. Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.
One last tip: be sure to use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to keep track of your meal entitlement credits, among so many other awesome things it can do. See you real soon!
Ricardo.
