Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Marneshia. We're so glad you stopped by!
I'm so sorry to hear your travel partner won't be able to join you in a few days, but I'm sure you'll still have many pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks. Unfortunately,
Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. But not to fret! You should be able to take the value of your wholly unused second set of tickets and put it toward the purchase of Theme Park Tickets in the future. I suggest calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. You can also chat with a Cast Member about your unused tickets at the ticketing booth or Guest Relations in any of the four theme parks.
Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app for your upcoming visit? This handy tool has lots of cool features, but I especially love that I can use the app to place
mobile food and beverage orders at select Quick-Service dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. It's super convenient!
Be sure to review the
Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website before your arrival. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures being taken in
and out of the theme parks.
I hope this was helpful, Marneshia. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
