    Hey Marc, About my Question. Is there a place that our luggage can be stored at AS Music if we check before our room is ready and we want to go to the Parks?? We are going down early May. T.Y. Bud! Maybe C U there

    Hi Theodore!

          Thanks for asking me a question!  Yes, Bell Services at the All Star Music Resort will store your luggage for you while your room is getting prepared.  Just stop by Bell Services (sometimes called Luggage Assistance) with your luggage including your carry-on items, and they will check them in and give you a claim ticket. Anytime later in the day you can return to claim your luggage with that claim ticket and you can even have Bell Services bring it up to your room if you desire. 

         Also I would recommend checking in to All Star Music Resort before you drop your luggage off at Bell Services, because that way you can get your Park Tickets even if your room is not ready yet.  You will not receive your room number until your room is ready, but by checking in you can receive your Park Tickets on your "Key to the World Card" which will make you able to enjoy time in the Parks while you wait for your room to be made ready.  You can also sign up for a text message or a phone call to your cell phone that will alert you when your room is ready to be occupied.  This text or phone call will give you your room number and then you can use your "Key to the World Card" to get into your room.  I have done this exact thing multiple times and it works great.  I have also done this at the end of my trips if I had a late flight and I wanted to spend some time playing in the Parks.
