Hi Sarah, and welcome to planDisney!
First things first, your itinerary sounds dreamy. My favorite theme park is
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney After Hours events are my jam. Magic Kingdom Park with little to no waits for beloved attractions like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and the Haunted Mansion will be so worth your while.
Because special events like
Disney After Hours,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and more are separately ticketed events, a normal theme park day ticket is not required for entry. This means that your theme park ticket for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park does not need the added
Park Hopper Option in order to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park that same night. However, if you’d like to get to Magic Kingdom Park before the advertised start time for the ticket, then you would need a Park Hopper option or day ticket for the park.
AN EXTRA GEM: At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, make sure you ride the
Kilimanjaro Safaris as early as you can because the animals are usually the most active in the morning. Once, my family saw baby zebras playing across the savanna and it was seriously one of the most heartwarming moments I’ve ever seen.
Buckle up for an adventure of a lifetime, Sarah! If you have any other questions about your Most Magical vacation, revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears!Magic always,
LeAndra
