Hey Ladies! I am taking my parents to Disney World on Friday!! It is my dads retirement gift. My question is that he has post polio syndrome and can not stand and walk far. Should we bring a doctors letter with us for proof?

    Hi Tracy,

What a wonderful way to congratulate your dad!  My family took my dad to Disney World several  years ago t celebrate the exact same occasion!  You don't need any medical documentation for your dad. If he utilizes a wheelchair, he will be able to access attractions via an alternative entrance.  All of the theme parks have wheel chairs and ECVs available for rent should you chose to rent one to make his trip more manageable.  I hope you have a magical trip!
