Hey Shannon!
We will be there at the same time! Two Louisiana chicks on the loose at Disney World - what fun! I'm not sure if you know this or not, but
The Boardwalk is right in the middle of all the magic. It is one of the most centrally located resorts on property and features an amazing outdoor stretch of restaurants, shops and street performers!
Now for the yummy stuff - Disney food! If you have a family that enjoys sitting down to a great meal, I definitely suggest the
Dining Plan for you. There are many different plans to choose from, I recommend looking at the official WDW website to select what is best for your family. Ninety days prior to your arrival, you can begin making your
Advanced Dining Reservations. Simply call 1-407-WDW-DINE to book all of your meals - it's that easy! Also, It's always fun to look over the menus found on
Allearsnet.com to pick out your favorite places to dine.
I'm taking a leap of faith here, but since you mentioned character meals, I'm guessing that you will be bringing children. If so, I can't praise Chef Mickey's enough! Your kids may also love Rainforest Cafe, the Crystal Palace and of course, Cinderella's Royal Table. The meals at Cinderella's Royal table book up VERY fast. For the best chance of getting in, please call first thing in the morning, ninety days before your desired date.
See ya there Shannon!
Much pixie dust,
Jackie S.
