Hey there! Im having my first Disney trip with my family in two weeks! We already have our reservation in the pop century resort. I was wondering if we can enjoy our itinerary to Epcot the first day without check in at 3:00 pm?

    Hi Katherine,

Absolutely! There's no need to miss a minute of your Walt Disney World fun just because you can't yet get into your resort room.

I suggest that you complete online check-in, if you haven't already, to make your arrival quick and easy. Though a stop at the check-in desk isn't technically necessary, since you are a first-time visitor, it's a good idea to do so as soon as you arrive at Pop Century. There, you can pick up your welcome packet and ask any questions about logistics. You also can get your MagicBands if you have not received them in advance.

The queue marked for those who have completed online check-in should move quickly, and you'll be ready to hop on the free Disney transportation to Epcot in no time. The resort will text you your room number when it is available. Or you can just check with the desk when you return to the resort if you prefer.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wishing you an amazing first visit. You will be in the midst of the magic in just a few days. Enjoy!
