Aloha Bronia!
Welcome to planDisney! A Walt Disney World Resort vacation mixed with some incredible island vibes - sounds like a perfect stay at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! Each time I step into the lobby here it's almost like you forget you're in Central Florida and instead are transported to a tropical oasis!
Bronia, I can't think of many things more magical than watching
Happily Ever After from my resort room! At Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Theme Park View rooms would offer the best opportunity to view nightly fireworks displays. If the room category you book doesn't offer fireworks views from your room, you can always head down to the beach area at the Polynesian for an incredible viewing area as well! In addition, my husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner one evening at
'Ohana where we were able to see the fireworks while the restaurant dimmed the lights and piped the music in for Guests.
Speaking of restaurants, you'll find some great choices at the Polynesian! Besides their famous noodles and delicious all-you-care-to-enjoy feast at dinner, you can find a character breakfast at 'Ohana each morning. Another popular Table-Service choice at the resort is
Kona Cafe. You'll definitely want to make plans to eat here at least one morning for the Tonga Toast. If you'd like to try the Tonga Toast but don't have time for sit-down breakfast, it's also available at the Quick-Service location at the resort,
Capt. Cook's. Looking for a relaxing and entertaining spot grab drinks and appetizers one evening? Stop by
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto for an experience you won't soon forget!
Bronia, I hope this information helps as you prepare for your visit next summer! We love helping Guests by sharing our best tips and recommendations, so please feel free to stop back and see us again here at planDisney!
Cheers,
Kristi
