Birthday. There is no better way to celebrate a birthday than being at Disney!
So, let's blow out those candles and hop right into your question. If you are dining at a select restaurant inside
Disney's Contemporary Resort, you may be able to purchase a
specialty cake right through your
My Disney Experience app. You can also submit an order in person at the restaurant's host podium at least four days prior to your reservation.
Another option is to request a same-day cake when you arrive at the restaurant. Just keep in mind that availability is limited and varies by location.
You can also stop by
Contempo Café. I was just there this past weekend, and, Tolliver, they had cakes available for pickup via
Mobile Order or by ordering directly at the café. Of course, these are subject to availability, but ask a friendly Cast Member, and I'm sure they will be happy to help.
Another delicious option, though not at the Contemporary Resort, is to order from
Amorette's Patisserie at
Disney Springs. You would need to pick up the cake at Disney Springs, but this gives you access to several Disney character-inspired dome cakes that serve eight to ten guests and come in a variety of flavors. It's a wonderful option if you're looking for something extra special. We ordered my daughter a Minnie Mouse cake from there, and it was not only delicious but absolutely beautiful!

Front Desk and pick up a complimentary birthday button so everyone can celebrate right along with your daughter.
