Hey Moms.. Me and my Husband are going last of Aug. Got reservations for Tommorrowland Fireworks Dessert Party. Is there a cover over the Terrace and do you have to hurry to get the best spot. Looking forward to this never done it before.. Thank You Darla

    Hi Darla,

The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is awesome! Its a great way for you and your husband to share a romantic evening together watching the fireworks with plenty of elbow room.

The party begins one hour prior to the fireworks & is held on the Tomorrowland Terrace.  You should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to get checked in. A host will seat you at a table that will be reserved for you and your husband.  When I attended, none of the tables were right up next to the wall but just before the fireworks began, we were free to move our chairs or stand near the outer wall if we wanted.

The Tomorrowland Terrace is covered but once you get near the outer wall, the view for the fireworks isn't obstructed.  In fact, its one of the best views of the fireworks inside the Magic Kingdom.  Tinker Bell flies right towards you & goes over your head for her landing.

The desserts are deeee-lish! You get to try as many as you want so eat an early dinner & come hungry. They break down the buffet just before the fireworks begin so be sure to get all you want before settling in for an incredible view of Wishes.

There will be a PhotoPass Photographer on hand that will take some great pictures of you and your husband with Cinderella Castle in the background.

If the Magic Kingdom doesn't close immediately following the fireworks, you'll have easy access to Tomorrowland. I'd suggest heading in that direction & enjoy some attractions while the masses head towards the turnstiles.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
