Hello Hai,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm sorry to hear you won't be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort as you originally planned. As a Disney Guest myself, there have been visits that I've planned for my family over the years that we've had to cancel and reschedule. Hopefully, you'll be able to say "see ya real soon!" and plan another trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.
There are some
cancellations that you can complete yourself online, and there are other reservations where you'll need to call the Disney Reservation Center to help you with the cancellation.
You can sign in to your
My Disney Experience account, and look at your
"My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" information. If your Resort hotel reservation is one that can be cancelled online, you'll see an option to complete that cancellation. If your reservation is not one that can be cancelled online, you'll see a prompt to contact the Walt Disney World Resort by calling (407) 934-7639. A Cast Member can assist you.
Keep in mind that theme park tickets that you might have purchased separately are nonrefundable. You can typically
apply the cost of unused tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets for a future visit.
If you made theme park reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system, you can use the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" features to view your reservations and cancel them.
Hai, I hope this info is helpful as you manage your change of plans. I do hope you get to enjoy all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort real soon!
Jerry
