Hi Lucina. Congratulations your first trip with your little Princess to Walt Disney World Resort! This will definitely be a trip that you will never forget. With that being said, it can be nerve wrecking from going solo or as a couple to diaper bags, strollers, and baby food. Guess what? It is doable and can be totally stress free.
Disney has done an extremely great job at assisting families. There are Baby care Centers located in each of the four theme parks. The Downtown Disney area does not have a dedicated Baby Care Center, but the restrooms do have baby-changing stations. You will be able to change and feed your little Princess in the dedicated centers. And don't worry about forgetting baby food, formula, pampers or wipes - you can purchase them at the centers! If you are a nursing mother, you can do so in a private, cool environment!
Before I had my little Nemos, we would open and close the theme parks - not so much now! You will want to plan breaks throughout your day. We try to get in the parks at opening and leave out by noon. A nap and pool time are necessities during our vacations.
Your little Princess will be able to enjoy many attractions and shows with you. You will want to take advantage of Disney's Rider Swap option. This will allow you to take turns waiting with youngsters too small to ride a certain attraction, then "swap" with another adult Guest from your party to experience the ride without standing in line twice. Be sure to have your camera on standby because you will want to capture every moment. If you have any more questions, please ask away!
I hope you have a magical vacation and let the memories begin!!
