    Hey , we have general admission to magic kingdom in December 5 2019. We are staying off Disney resort . Can we still enjoy fireworks as website shows parks are closing at 6pm?? — Thanks Pooja

    Hi Pooja!

    Thanks for your question. So looks like you're only weeks away from pure fun and magic at Disney! :-) Holiday season is always a special time to visit Disney, and December ranks as our family's top month to visit.

    So Magic Kingdom for general admission is closing at 6PM on December 5th, due to the special ticketed event: Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (which is an amazing party, by the way).

    Unless you have a ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you won't be able to enjoy the fireworks on theme park premises.

    Something you may consider, however, is making dining reservations at either Disney's Contemporary Resort or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you time it just right, you can either eat at one of the restaurants with a theme park view, (California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa) or make reservations at any of the restaurants at either resort and walk outside after dinner and watch the fireworks right outside while there.
